Girl Friday Coaching was started on the basis of one thing, to help people overcome social anxiety and help people connect effectively with each other again (reduce the reliance on impersonal web interactions that lead nowhere) and help you gain self-confidence and self-appreciation.
Who we are: We are trained Coaches with various social science background such as Psychology, Behavioral Science, Sociology, Social Psychology. We are also individuals with life experience that allow us relate to each individual.
What we do: Counselors and Therapists are a dime a dozen. We're Coaches and that means we're proactive. Just like counselors and therapists, we will listen and we will discuss and then we will create effective exercises that will target the issue at hand. Think "wax on, wax off". You will definitely see results.
*How we do: Sterile office settings are fine and dandy, but if you want to live life and learn to talk to people and study people, the best place is to be out and about and around people! Your Coach meets you at various public spots and your session/training begins!
*Certain sessions may require the privacy of a meeting room. Not all sessions will be in public.
